These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Edge Report website and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Edge Report LLC ("Edge Report," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Entertainment only. Edge Report is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Our AI-generated picks, parlays, and analysis are not financial, investment, or betting advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

1. Eligibility — 21+

You must be at least 21 years of age and of legal age to participate in sports wagering in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Edge Report, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the gambling laws of your location.

2. The Service

Edge Report provides AI-generated sports betting insights, including daily parlays, player prop grades, a parlay builder, and an AI chat assistant. All output is generated by automated models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Pricing: EdgePro is available for $6.99/month or $59.99/year.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through your selected payment provider (Stripe for web, or the App Store via RevenueCat for mobile).
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. No Liability for Betting Losses

You acknowledge and agree that Edge Report is not responsible or liable for any financial or betting losses you may incur. Sports betting involves risk, and you bet entirely at your own discretion and risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge Report LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any wagers placed.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited.
Do not scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Edge Report content without written permission.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including AI-generated picks, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Edge Report LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
